Les Twins At The Club Gettin It In

Once again, the boys are doing their thing. I had been looking for the name of the track that’s playing in the background while Laurent is dancing because it’s the same song that they were using during their workshop at Juste Debout during last weeks classes. Found it in the comments on YouTube, the track is beat maker Legend Da Beatslaya – No Holds Barred. Still trying to find the name of the first song.

1 song: Scooter Smiff – “Stop It”

Video: Step X Step Interview w/ Laurent- Part 5

I know I’m late and I’m sure most of you have seen it already, but here is Part 5 of the Step X Step interview with Laurent. It’s crazy how this boy can even make sitting down and dancing look so animated and mind boggling. He’s so awesome!

Video: Les Twins – 5 Part Juste Debout Workshop 2/24

Part 1

Special thanks to Les Twins fan and Facebooker Chaîne de Farette for uploading all five of the featured videos from the Juste Debout School Workshop conducted on Friday, February 24th.

The best part of their workshops that I’ve seen thus far is to actually watch them during the cool downs. Oftentimes when we’re watching videos of Les Twins’, their usually going 100 miles a minute- so being able to watch them slow things down and release all of the angst and energy of the day is a change of pace. But I’d have to say that my favorite part is part 4, where in this video, during Larry’s dance, he and Laurent exchange air kisses. I’m sorry, I just love seeing them not caring what anyone thinks about their gestures to one another and just being themselves.

Sidenote: I’m beginning to think that pretty soon here, we’ll be needing to hold workshops just for Laurent’s hair because it seems to have a mind of it’s own at this point.

***CORRECTION*** Okay, so workshop participant jimlucgoldberg has a better angle of all 5 parts plus more of the workshop from 2/24, and I stand corrected- yes, I am a woman who can admit when I’m wrong now hush; there was no kiss that Larry blew to Lau, it was actually a big F*&% You that he threw Lau’s way. We can’t see in this video if in fact Lau’s gesture was the same, which I highly doubt because Lau would never do that to Larry (yeah right), but like Laurent said in the Step X Step Part 2 video, “Larry’s gangster”… now we really see it. HA!

Video: Les Twins- Juste Debout Workshop 2/23

I love it!!! Abso-frickin-loutely love it!!! Larry’s crew is dancin to one of my favorite tracks off of Wale’s Ambition cd, titled “Slight Work” featuring Big Sean. And are we looking at Laurent’s fro now? It has grown massively in the last 2 months that they’ve been back home in Paris. I have to wonder; knowing Laurent, he’s growing it out for a reason, and Larry, even though he’s rocking the twists now, we noticed that his hair either has had major shrinkage, or he’s gotten it cut. So something is going on with our fro babies… just can’t figure out what quite yet.

Finally! We get some footage… lengthy footage I might add, of the workshop.

Video: Laurent at Juste Debout Workshop 2/18

I know this is from the 2/18 Juste Debout Workshop, but it’s Laurent again, doing the Lauri impersonation… ha ha ha… while teaching the class the moves. It couldn’t be me. I’d be in the back of the class dying of laughter at that voice, hardly able to control myself.

Video: Juste Debout Workshop 2/23

Good grief Charlie Brown!!!! Larry kills it every… single… time!!! Even the participants of the workshop are breaking their necks to keep up with him. Laurent was right when he described Larry as an “electrical battery”… hell… the Energizer Bunny to be specific!

Lookin Good In Those Franklin & Marshall Jackets Fellas!

Laurent posted this pic on his facebook page tonight of him, Larry, and fellow Criminalz Crew member Sidney riding the train in Paris. I love these guys so much. The camaraderie that they all have for one another within the Criminalz Crew is so awesome to see among young men these days.

I know that they all normally wore the sweaters with the cloth “C” for “Criminalz” stitched on them a few years back, and some still wear them. I’m wondering if these new Franklin & Marshall Varsity Jackets are their new clothing insignia???

Can you imagine walking down the street and seeing these 3 coming towards you??? *Le Swoon*. I’ll say this, if these jackets are the new addition to the Criminalz Crew clothing ensemble, they look damn… DAMN good in them.

What Is A Mentor?

What or who exactly is a mentor? Webster’s Dictionary defines the term simply as:

“A trusted counselor or guide”.

Depending upon the context to which the relationship is bonded, this question can be answered in a number of ways by those who see this role through various ideals. A mentor can be your parents, who teach you how to be responsible and productive citizens in the world; a mentor can be a co-worker who helps you to hone your on the job skills so that you reach higher peaks in your career; a mentor can be a pastor, a school teacher, a sibling or a friend. Whatever the relationship between the mentee and the mentor, it is always one full of life- long lessons learned, respect, and admiration not only for the mentor, but also for the student who has been shaped and molded into a new person. Les Twins and Mansour Goofing Off During A Cab Ride

Each and every single one of them are absolutely adorable. Laurent and Larry with their big, radiant smiles and Mansour is just all kinds of cuteness. I’m assuming from the title that this video was shot in Detroit, MI while the guys were touring with Cirque Du Soliel. You can’t help but watch this over and over and over and over… well, maybe that’s just me *kanye shrug*!

Les Twins Workshop in Paris at Juste Debout

I swear I was sitting here like, “Who the hell is this chick talking in the background and why won’t she shut up so I can hear Lau talk,”. Unbeknownst to be, IT’S LAURENT talking like that. I don’t know why I didn’t put that together because he’s done this voice many times before. That’s that diva coming out in him… I think that’s his alter-ego aka Lauri.

Beyonce’s “Run The World” Alternate Version f/ Les Twins

Why this video was so hard for me to find, I haven’t the slightest clue when just a simple search brought it up instantly tonight. Nevertheless, after watching this version, even thought I love Laurent and Larry with all my heart and soul, I can see why they chose to go with the version that is regularly played on television.

It just seems that the shots of Les Twins are out of place in this whole thing. Of course they are awesome and look great, but the composition of their shots compared to that of Beyonce and the other dancers is a bit disjointed. Anywho, I still love the video and will always adore ANYTHING that LT is featured in.
