Les Twins Will Perform Alongside Rihanna for Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend

From one Roc-A-Fella family member (Beyonce) to the next I guess. Les Twins will be performing live on stage June 24th with Rihanna for Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend.

The shows line up was announced a few weeks ago by a London radio dj by the name of Ace, on his BBC Radio 1Xtra show.

Thus far, the line up includes, Jay-Z and Rihanna as headliners and on the main stage at the event, which is part of the London 2012 Festival, with other acts taking part including Kasabian, Will.I.Am, Florence And The Machine, Jack White, Jessie J, Tinie Tempah, Flo Rida, Nas, Sean Paul, Tinchy Stryder, Devlin, Azealia Banks and Leona Lewis.

Tickets to Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend are free but registration is now closed.

The majority have been allocated to people living in Hackney and the surrounding boroughs in London.

Other acts performing include Ed Sheeran, Swedish House Mafia, Emeli Sande, Calvin Harris, Nero, David Guetta, Lostprohpets, The Ting Tings, Dappy, Chase & Status, Professor Green, Michael Kiwanuka, Labrinth, Tinie Tempah, Rita Ora, Santigold, Mindless Behavior and Plan B.

One hundred thousand tickets are available across the weekend, which takes place on Hackney Marshes.

It will feature more than 100 UK and international artists performing on six BBC stages including the Radio 1 main stage, Radio 1Xtra stage, dance stage, In New Music We Trust stage and the BBC Introducing stage.

BBC Three will screen the event.

  1. I am desperate for 2 tickets to Hackey weekend so my daughter can see dance idols Les Twins anyoe got some at realistic price as fuds are not great thanks Dee
